Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Honey, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 4 ice cube (3/4 fl oz)
Directions
Throw it all in a blender and blend until the ice cubes are sufficiently broken up. You could easily turn this into strawberry banana by adding either fresh sliced strawberries or use 4 oz of plain yogurt and 4oz of strawberry yogurt.

I've heard of protein powder being added, chocolate being added and I'm sure it's all great but I just go with a plain banana smoothie.
