Oats, 2 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)Honey, .25 cup (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Pecans, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .5 cup (remove)**Flax Seed, 3 tbsp (remove)Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (30g), 2 serving
mix together well, spread onto baking pan cook 10 minuted turn, cook ten more tuen and cook 5 minutes more. allow to cool completely break up into chunks and store in tightly closed container
