Shrimp Pasta Sizzle!

Ingredients
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 medium white onion diced4 tsp of minced garlic 1 14oz bag of frozen small cooked shrimp2 cans of Rotel tomatoes - drain juices before adding (or use plain diced tomatoes for less Sizzle!)4 servings of angel hair pasta (substitute whole grain pasta if desired)4 servings of grated cheese mixAll seasonings used liberally, but you should use as you see fit, I don't measure seasonings:Black PepperGarlic/Onion PowderTomato Basil SeasoningDried Cilantro
Directions
Dice onion and cook on med-high in skillet with olive oil, garlic and seasonings of choice until clear.

Add shrimp and drained Rotel tomatoes and continue to cook until all is well mixed and hot, reduce heat and simmer until ready to eat.

Cook pasta as directed. Place each serving on plate, top with pasta and add a serving of cheese to the top!

Serves 4 or more.

Please use regular diced tomatoes if you are not a fan of spicy food! This is a smokin' hot dish!
