SCD Baked Butternut Squash

Ingredients
1 medium butternut squash, sliced thinly (don't peel, just wash).A dab of butter on each slice.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F. Slice squash thinly (if you make it really thin the slices are like potato chips!). Put on a baking sheet and put a dab of butter on each slice. Bake until brown, turn over and bake a few minutes longer. Makes about 3 portions, depending on the size of the squash.
