Get 2 trays of ice, pour into a huge blender. add the cups of cabbage and the coffee, splenda and cinnamin into the blender as well. Put in one half cup of water. blend to your liking and drink. This shake is a meal supplement. Eat a low fat bowl of soup or a lean turkey sandwich along with it.
