Spinach Muthia

Ingredients

* Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp * Salt, 2 tbsp * Garlic, 3 tsp * Water (as needed for binding) * Nonfat Yogurt, 4 oz * Besan (Gram Flour), 0.50 cup * ground tumeric, 1 tsp * Sooji, 1 cup * Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) (chopped) * Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Mix all of the ingredients together except for sesame seeds and olive oil. Add water just to make the mixture stick
Roll into small balls and place on a silicone steamer basket and place in a pressure cooker filled with 1/2 cup water.
Cook until 3-4 whistles go by. Turn off stove and wait for 10-15 minutes.
Open Cooker and cut steamed dumplings into pieces.
In a large saute pan, put olive oil and toast sesame seeds for 1-2 minutes. Please cut pieces of steamed muthia dumplings and pan fry for 6-7 minutes or until desired level of crunchiness is received. Serve warm.
