1 Lb Lean Ground Beef10 oz Penne Rigata1 1/4 C Tomato Soup1 1/4 C Cheddar Cheese Soup2 1/4 C Shredded Mozzarella CheeseGarlic and Onion Powder to taste
Set aside 1/2 C cheese. Cook beef (add garlic and onion if desired), and penne, mix all ingredients together, place in greased 9X13 pan and cook at 400 for about 30 minutes covered with foil.
Remove foil and add remaining cheese, bake 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
