Wheat Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
*Almond flour, 2 cup Coconut Oil, 2.5 tbsp Egg, fresh, 4 large Baking Powder, 3 tsp*Hot Water, 4 oz Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, mashed Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Optional: Add in dried raisins, cranberries, dates, or your favorite granulated sugar substitute for added sweetness if you need it!
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan or muffin pan with spray. Mix all wet ingredients, then add in dry ingredients. Pour in pan...if making a loaf bake 35-40 minutes, muffins 12 minutes. Do not overbake!!!!!
