Ingredients
Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares, 4 squares *almond flour, 1 cupEgg, fresh, 3 largeCoconut Oil, .5 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp*xylitol, 1.5 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp .5 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Melt chocolate squares in microwave for 30 secs at a time with coconut oil, stir until melted. Add artificial sweetner as you would sugar. Blend in the eggs, vanilla. Add baking powder and almond flour, stir well. If desired you could add chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9x9 pan, bake for 20 minutes, being careful not to overbake.
