Slow Cooker "Beef Bourgignon" Remake

Ingredients
Beef Roast Cut into 2" Cubes Any kind will doBrown Gravy Envelope3 Cups Burgundy Wine3 Cups Beef Stock1 Cup Chopped Onion or 2 Cups Pearl Onions1 Cup Chopped Carrots1 Cup Chopped Mushrooms3 Tsp Chopped Garlic2tsp Thyme
Directions
1). Coat the beef cubes in brown gravy mix

2). Layer them on the bottom of a slow cooker with 1/3 of the Onions and Carrots

3). Pour the wine and the beef stock over top with the thyme and garlic

4). Put the slow cooker on low for 6-8hrs and in the last hour of cooking put the remainder of the carrots and onions in, potatoes are another option to put in at the end.
