* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped * Red Onions, raw, .25 cup, sliced * Fresh Basil, 2 tbsp, finely chopped * Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * 2 Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Balls , 84 grams * Balsamic vinegar, .5 tablespoon
Chop tomatoes, basil, garlic, and onions. Combine with olive oil and toss to combine. Shred cheese into large chunks and place on top of the salad. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
