6 eggs, 1 can evaporated milk, 2 cups cooked broccolli, 1 cup diced ham and 1 cup diced cheddar cheese.
BEat eggs and milk together. Add all other ingredients. Spray 16 cupcake pan with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes, until brown and firm. Makes 16 quiche cups.
