* Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.5 cup (remove) * *Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (RoTel), 1 serving (remove) * Tortilla Chips, 1 oz (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
oil is to cook in.... you can substitute for a lower cal oil if you wish

combine all ingredients in a small bowl, make sure the chips are crushed into bite size pieces
cook as you would scrambled eggs
