Cauliflower, Pea, and Potato Bhaji

Ingredients
Margarine or butter, 3 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 cloves Paprika, 1.5 tsp Cumin seed, 2 tsp Cardamom, ground, .75 tspGaram masala, 2 tspCoconut Milk, 1.66 cup Potato, 4 medium Peas, frozen, 1.5 cup Water, 1/2 cup
Directions
Heat butter, cook onion and garlic until tender. Add spices. And 1/2 cup water, coconut milk, and potato. SImmer until potato is tender. Add cauliflower, simmer until tender, add peas and simmer until heated through.
