Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients
Box of preferred pasta, cooked till al dente 6 slices bacon diced0.5 cups diced cooked ham 1 pinch garlic powder (or to taste) 1.5 cup fat-free evaporated milk 1 tbs flour2 eggs, lightly beaten 0.5 cup parmesan, grated 4 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Cube ham, bacon and add to pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Saute until browned.

Whisk egg, milk, flour together.

Take off the heat and add cooked pasta, peas, egg, evaporated milk, parmesan cheese, pepper and parsley.

Reduce heat to low and return pan to heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens (about 1-2 minutes). Add skim milk if a thinner consistency is desired.

Serve topped with extra cheese and pepper, if desired.
