Heat pan on high, add oil. Sautee onion till slightly caramelized. add bell pepper, stir. let cook for less than 1 minute. add desired amount of garlic and ginger. stir. add broccoli, cook for 2 minutes. add pasta, stir, then add soy sauce and beef broth. cook. mix corn starch (about 1 tbs) with equal amount water in seperate container, stir till combined, and add to pan. cook till sauce thickened.
