Ingredients
1 cup WARM water1 tsp sugar1 package yeast1 tsp salt1/2 cup yogurt3 cups flour1/2 cup flour for dusting
Directions
Dissolve 1 tsp sugar in 1 cup warm water and then add yeast. Let this sit for 10-20 minutes, or until the mixture becomes frothy.
stir together the yogurt and the salt, and when the yeast is ready, add it as well.
Mix in the 3 cups of flour and divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll them into balls, dust if needed, and allow to rise for 20 minutes.
When they are ready, roll out from the center, place in an iron skillet, and bake individually for 8 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
