Miso Soup with Tofu

Ingredients
3 cups dashi stock1/2 lb soft tofu, cut into 1 cm cubes3 tbsp miso paste, white or red1/4 cup green onion, chopped
Directions
1. Over medium-high heat, bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the tofu. Turn the heat to medium and simmer for a few minutes.
2. Take a few tablespoons of the hot stock from the pot and add it to the miso paste in bowl. Stir it until it dissolves and add it to the soup pot. Be careful not to boil the soup once the miso is added because it will lose its flavour.
3. Add the green onions and take the soup off of the heat. Serve pipping hot and enjoy!
