easy lentil tomato soup

Ingredients
One can progresso Lentil soup2 cups chunky tomato in puree1/2 cup dry quinoa2 precooked turkey sausage patties, Thawed and cut into small pieces.
Directions
Make quinoa according to package directions. (It would probably be good to use low sodium beef broth in the quinoa, but I didn't think of it till AFTER I put this together!)Add remaining ingredients. Heat through.

You could certainly leave out the sausage for a vegetarian meal. I just put them in for the flavor.

Makes 5 one cup servings.
