Whole wheat and oat flour waffles

Ingredients
1 cup fresh ground oat flour2 cups fresh wheat flour2 3/4 cup milk1/4 cup lemon juice1/3 cup butter, melted1/2 cup apple sauce1 tbs baking powder1 1/2 tsp baking soda2 tsp salt1 tsp sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well. Bake on a hot waffle iron until done. Makes about 16 waffles
