Blueberry Flax Muffins

Ingredients
1 c. white flour1 c. whole wheat flour1/4 c. ground flax seed + 2 tbsp.3 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice1 egg1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce1 c. rice milk1 c. frozen blueberries1/2 tsp. stevia
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients together. Stir in blueberries. Combine all liquid ingredients together. Stir well. Pour liquids into dry ingredients. Stir till just moistened. Plop into muffin tins sprayed with oil or lined with silicone muffin liners. Sprinkle the 2 tbsp. of ground flax seed over top the muffins. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes in pan and then they will come out easily.
