Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 cup raw Orzo Pasta1 cup chopped cucumber2 large tomatoes chopped1/2 red pepper chopped2 stalks celery1/4 cup feta cheese crumbed2 hard boiled eggs chopped1/4 cup italian salad dressingsalt and pepper to tastefresh herbs to taste
Directions
Cook paste to desired texture approx. 6 to 8 minutes. 1 cup of raw pasta makes 2 cups of cooked pasta. Drain and rinse in cold water. Let cool in fridge.
Chopped all other ingredients and add to cold pasta. Add Italian dressing, salt and pepper, and herbs to taste. Store in fridge until serving. Can be made a day ahead of time. Serves 6.
