Ingredients
3 cups chopped cooked chicken1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted1 (8oz) carton sour cream1 tbsp poppy seeds1 1/2 cups crushed round buttery cracker (40 crackers)1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients; spoon into a lightly greased 11X7X1 1/2 inch baking dish. Combine crushed crackers and butter, and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Yield: 4 servings
