Ingredients
1 tbsp EVOO1 small onion2 tsp minced garlic1 red bell pepper1 large yellow swuash1 large zucchini1 can diced tomatoesspices
Directions
Chop all veggies and saute in EVOO over medium heat. Add tomatoes at end.
