T's Buckwheat Flaxseed Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 C buckwheat flour1/4 C flaxseed meal1/4 tsp salt1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon (or to taste)4 tsp vanilla extract (or to taste)1 tsp baking soda2 tbsp lemon juice1/2 milk (cow, rice, or nut)water if need to consistency you like
Directions
Mix all ingredients
Spray skillet with non stick spray
Heat skillet over medium heat
Cook like pancakes
Enjoy!
