Ingredients
2.5 cups whole grain macaroni or shells.25 cups cheese powder (bulk).25 cups unflavored protein powder1 cup skim milk3 cups frozen spinach1 cup frozen peas
Directions
Boil pasta according to directions
Mix milk, powdered cheese, and protein powder - bring just to boil and hold temp for 5 minutes to thicken
Cook spinach according to directions
Mix all ingredients, adding peas last
