marys ricotta pancakes

Ingredients
1 c. bisquik1/2 c. low fat ricotta cheese1 egg1/2 c. nonfat milk1 tsp. honey1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. Cook on a hot griddle. These pancakes will not bubble like regular pancakes. Flip when browned on one side. Makes 8 pancakes, 2 per serving. Top with fresh fruit or low calorie syrup.
