Ingredients
Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup*Unprocessed Wheat Bran (Miller's Bran), 1 cup (**SPLENDA PACKET(1), 12 serving (or 1/4 cup meaure*Baking Powder, 3 tsp *Salt - Iodized Sea Salt, 0.25 tsp *Non-fat powdered milk, .25 cup *Syrup - Carey's Sugar Free Syrup 1/4 cup *Applesauce (Fred Meyer brand); no sugar added, .25 cup *Egg, fresh 70 calorie large, 2 serving *Walnuts - Diamond Walnut Halves, .5 cup chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 400.
spray 12 muffin cups
Combine dry ingredients, incl. raisins & walnuts
Combine milk, syrup, applesauce, & eggs.
Mix wet into dry till just moistened.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake 15-20 min. till gfolden brown.
