Sweet and Spicy Chicken Tostada

1 eight inch tostada shell2 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast1 chopped cherry tomato1 tbsp chopped onion1 tbsp chopped scallions1/4 cup shredded lettuce1/4 cup Kraft Mexican Style taco cheese1 tbsp Tijuana Flats Georgia Peach and Vidalia Onion Hot Sauce (or substitute your own favorite hot sauce!)
Pre-heat oven to 375. Lightly coat a baking sheet with fat free cooking spray.
Spread a thin layer of cheese (about half) onto the tostada shell. Arrange all of the vegetables and chicken on the shell. Spread the remaining cheese over chicken and veggies.
Place on the baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes, or until cheese melts completely. Remove carefully and serve immediately.
Smother in your favorite hot sauce and enjoy!!
