Stewed Okra & Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped1 lb. frozen cut okra4 cups canned tomatoes1 Tbsp. Turbinado Sugar1 tbsp. olive oilTabasco, salt to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Saute onion till tender. Add tomatoes and frozen okra. Stir in sugar. Simmer until okra is tender and darkened in color. Season to taste.
