Mom Special Bannana Bread

Flour, white, 4.5 cup Salt, 1 dash Baking Soda, .25 tsp Baking Powder, .25 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 medium Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp sour cream, 2.5 tbspMilk, 2%, .25 cupBanana, fresh, 4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Carrots, raw, 3 small (5-1/2" long) zuccini - Fresh, .5 cup Granulated Sugar, 2 individual packet Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
mix all dry ingredents together
add in all liquid ingredents
fold in bannanas , mashed till well mixed
fold in carrots and zuccini
pour into greased bread pans
cook on 375 for about 40 mins ovens vary
we used 3 small bread pans each pan 6 servings 18 all together
