Low Fat Lemon Pie Dessert

Ingredients
1 sm. package Lemon Jell-o Sugar Free 1 sm. package Vanilla Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding2 cups water1/2 cup Cool Whip Free2 Honey Maid Low Fat Grahams
Directions
Pour 2 cups water into a saucepan.
Stir in vanilla pudding and heat to a boil.
Remove from heat, stir in dry lemon Jello, stir until thoroughly dissolved.
Break graham cookies into two squares.
Crumble one graham cookie square into each of four dessert cups.
Pour 1/4 of pudding mixture over cookie crumbs.
Chill thoroughly.
Top each with a dollop of Cool Whip Free before serving.

    Is this made with the cooked variety of pudding, or do you just use the hot water because of the jello? - 2/8/13

    I couldn't find the pudding you cook so had to use instant. I melted the jello in the hot water, let it cool, then mixed in the pudding. It has the slight bitterness that lemon pie made from scratch has. The whipped topping cuts some of the bitterness. - 2/17/08

    Great little dessert or snack, i omitted the whip cream and came out with a calorie count of 60 per serving. should have more stars, it wouldnt let me i would give it a 4 - 1/26/08
