Italian Tuna Pasta

Ingredients
1 cup dried whole wheat elbow macaroni1 can petite diced tomatoes, undrained1 can tuna in water, drained1/2 to 1 cup sliced mushrooms1 tablespoon minced garlic1 teaspoon Italian seasoning2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinaigrette salad dressingBlack pepper to tasteCrushed red pepper to taste1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, saute garlic in olive oil; add Italian seasoning, red pepper, mushrooms. Cook just a few minutes until mushrooms soften. Add tomatoes, tuna and red wine dressing. Mix with cooked pasta. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
