12 oz. elbow macaroni or shells, cooked al dente12 oz. can of turkey or chicken breast, drained1 can sweet corn, drained2 green onions, chopped3.5 oz. pickled peppers or other pickle1 tomato, chopped6 T Lite Southwest Ranch dressing6 T reduced fat sour creamchili powder, cumin, cilantro to taste
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients. Easy peasy.
