1/4 cup sugar4 packets Truvia Natural Sweetner1 egg1/4 cup light sour cream3 medium ripe bananas mashed1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 cup white flour1/2 cup chopped walnutsCream sugar, Truvia and butter. Mash bananas. Mix flour and baking soda. Add bananas to sugar and butter, then add egg and sour cream. Mix and then add to flour mixture, then add nuts. Bake in greased bread pan (use PAM calorie-free spray) at 365 degrees for 1 hour.
This recipe makes 12 1/2 inch slices of banana bread.
