Cottage cheese zucchini pancake

1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese1 medium egg3 tablespoons whole wheat flour1 tsp canola oil1 cup zucchini grated
Directions
mix all ingredients together and fry in skillet sprayed with cooking oil until done. Serve with unsweetened applesauce.
