Strawberry whip

2.5 cups fresh strawberries, cliced or quartered0.5 cup fat-free ricotta cheese0.5 cup fat free greek yogurt1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract4 packets splenda6 tablespoons egg white substitute1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1. Combine strawberries, ricotta, yogurt, orange zest, vanilla and splenda in food processor and process until smooth.
2. In medium bowl, whip egg white substitue and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form
3. Gently fold beaten egg whites into strawberry mixture. Pour into 4 small dessert bowls and chill overnight.
