Sour Cream Potato Salad

Ingredients
3 large russet potatoes1/3 cup sour cream3 tblsp sour cream2 small (or one large) scallions, chopped2 slices bacon, cooked
Directions
Cook 3 large russet potatoes. Cool, peel, and roughly chop. Place in bowl. Add mayo, sour cream, cooked bacon, and scallions. Mix well and regridgerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
