Veggie Pizza Minis

Ingredients
Two 100-cal. sandwich thins (multi-grain)1/2 of a red onion1 cup low fat mozzarella cheese1/4 cup Sun-dried tomato pesto sauce
Directions
*Heat toaster oven on 350 degrees.

* Separate the two sandwich thins and lightly toast them in toaster oven.

* Sautee the onions in frying pan with nonstick spray

* Layer the bread with the onions

* Smear the pesto sauce evenly on top of the onions and place back in oven until heated (Watch that the toast isn't burned)

* Take them out of the oven and sprinkle the mozzarella on top and place in oven until melted and slightly browned.
