Chicken Parm Casserole

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, shredded 24 ounces Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil, 1 jar Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (1 cup) Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium Japanese Style Bread Crumbs, Panko, 1 cup Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1 box
Directions
Boil pasta according to directions. Boil chicken & shred. Puree carrots. Mix pasta, chicken, chopped fresh basil (opt) and Italian spices (opt) add to casserole dish. Mix carrots with marinara. Pour over chicken/pasta. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese then panko bread crumbs. Spray with cooking spray. Top with Italian Seasoning. Bake at 350 for 35 min.

    Sounds tasty, I would not use panko:diet restrictions, but still sounds like a great dish, even for leftover pasta and carrots! - 5/17/10
