Cathy's Shrimp Etoufee

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs shrimp1 (6 oz) can tomato sauce1 cup chopped onion1/2 large bell pepper, chopped1 cup diced tomatoes and green chili peppers (Rotel)2 cloves garlic (minced)1 cup brown rice1 tbsp butter or olive oil1 tbsp flour1 tbsp seasoned salt or your favorite creole seasoningssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Sauté onions, bell pepper, and garlic in butter or olive oil. Cook unil soff. Stir in shrimp. Add diced tomatoes and green chili peppers, tomato sauce, and seasoned salt. Stir. Simmer 20-25 minutes. Add flour to thicken. Stir well.

Prepare rice per package instructions and serve over rice.
