Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 oz of boneless skinless chicken breast10 grapes cut into quarters 1 tbsp of fat free mayo1 whole wheat tortilla or 1/2 of a whole wheat pita
Directions
Boil chicken breast til done.
Shred chicken ( I use my food processor)
Measure out 3oz of chicken ( this is where I prepare for my week I weigh out 5 3oz bags and place them in the fridge)
Take 10 grapes cut them in quarters try and equal a 1/4 of a cup of grapes.
Place the 3 oz of chicken and grapes into a bowl or container and add 1tbsp of Fat Free Mayo
Mix together and place in tortilla or 1/2 a pita and Enjoy!
Makes 1 serving.
