Ingredients
1/2 cup egg beaters1 large fresh egg1 wedge laughing cow cheese1 slice turkey lunchmeatsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
combine egg, egg beaters and milk in microwave safe bowl. Add chopped lunch meat. Cook on high for about 2 minutes stirring after every 30 seconds. Crumble in cheese and stir well. Eggs will continue to cook a bit and the cheese will melt in.
