Brie Cheese & Fuji Applie Sandwich

Ingredients
Fuji apple, sliced thinRed onion, sliced thinBrie cheese, thin sliceSweet honey mustardSandwich thin- whole grain or wheat
Directions
Simply put the apple and onion slices on the bread. Add the brie cheese (A slice of medium thickness should suffice. Brie cheese is creamy and filling.) Finally, top with a conservative amount of a honey mustard or sweet and sour dressing. Poppyseed dressing would also be good. Pick your favorite kind of sweet/tangy dressing and give it a try! That's it. Eat. Enjoy. It's likely different from what you're used to (especially if you're a carnivore and don't consider a sandwich a sandwich unless there is meat in it), but it's unique and satisfying. Hope you enjoy!
