Carrots with ginger and green onion

Directions
12 oz shredded carrots (about 5 medium)1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped fine1/4 cup chopped green onions1 Tbsp soy sauce1 Tbsp Mirin
Shred carrots. In skillet sprayed with cooking spray, add ginger and green onions. Layer carrots on top. Saute until carrots are cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add mirin and cook another minute. Sprinkle with soy sauce before serving.
