Directions
1 can pink beans
1 can black beans
1 can white beans
1 can chick peas
1 can whole corn
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh Cilantro
2 Cloves Garlic
Cider Vinegar 1/4 cup
EVOO 1/4 cup
ground cumin 1/4 tsp
dijon mustard 1T

rinse/drain all beans and whisk the remaining ingredients together then pour over beans/peppers/onion - serve room temp
