Ingredients
12 eggs1/2 cup half & half4 cups spinach3-4 cloves garlicred & yellow bell peppersgreen onionsred onionjalepeno pepperparsley or cilantro
Directions
put spinach in 8 x 12 glass cooking pan (you can spray pan with non-stick spray if you like)
chop all veggies & toss on top of spinach
mix eggs, cream together, pour over veggies
top with cheeses
bake @ 350 for approx 50-60 minutes or til firm
