Easy Cheesey Pizza Bread

Ingredients
Natures Own Honey Wheat Bread - 2slices(personal preference, any wheat will work)I cant believe its not butter sprayGarlic powder Basil Classico Tomato & Garlic Pasta Sauce -1/4 cup ( this only has 50cal/ .5cup)Ricotta, Part Skim - 1/4 cupKraft Shredded Mozzarella, part skim- 1/4 cup
Directions
Spray one side of bread slices with I cant believe its not butter spray to taste. (Dont over saturate or the bread will be soggy) Sprinkle garlic on both slices so it sticks to the butter. Spread the ricotta cheesse on the buttered side of bread (u may not need the full 1/4 cup, use less on thin slices of bread). Add pasta sauce on top of ricotta. Cover with mozzarella cheese and a few sprinkles of basil. Place in toaster oven for 6-8 mins or until mozzarella is melted (or the oven but not sure what temp, sorry)

I like to add mushrooms to mine. Feel free to add your favorite veggies!

One slice is one serving, makes a good snack, or have 2 for dinner!
