Mexican ground beef and noodles

Ingredients
1 lb 90% lean ground beef1 cup salsa1/2 cup water6 oz no yolks egg noodles cooked1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese1 medium tomato, chopped1/2 c fat free sour cream
Directions
ground beef in skillet - drain fat
Add salsa and water. Simmer until most of liquid is absorbed.
Combine meat mixture and noodles. Add sour cream. Top with cheddar cheese and chopped tomato.
