Lizzie's Brussel Sprouts for the Veggie haters

Ingredients
Brussel SproutsGarlic cloves(2 sliced)Olive Oil (2 tsp)Onions 1 cupsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
IN a skillett/fry pan
One Cup Brussel Sprouts
One Cup Onions
2 cloves sliced garlic
2 tsp olive Oil
brown garlic in olive oil and remove (garlic)
Then slowley carmelize your onions about 5 minutes
quarter Brussel Sprouts and cooked only about 5 minutes
salt & pepper to taste
put sliced garlic on top
2 servings 1 cup approx each
